| Verbascum blattaria, |
flowers of moth mullein, Lake County, MI, July 2014
(alien) This plant is native to Europe and Asia, but has become common in North America. The flowers are usually white, but may be yellow. The protruding stamens appear similar to a moth's antennae, resulting in the common name.
